Terms & Conditions
All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and they are non-transferable.
Experience vouchers can only be redeemed once for the full value. Monetary vouchers can be part redeemed, the balance will be carried forward to use at a later date. Please refer to the terms & conditions.
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
General vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Seasonal vouchers will be date specific.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Bowood Park Hotel and Golf Club payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
